Fan Agreement

This Fan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Creative Entertainment LFF SRL, a Romanian company operating the LoungeForFans platform ("LoungeForFans", "we", "us", "our"), and you, the individual accessing the platform as a fan or subscriber ("Fan", "you", "your").

By creating an account and/or making any payment on LoungeForFans, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our [Terms and Conditions], [Privacy Policy], and any additional policies or rules posted on the platform.

 

1. Eligibility and Account Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use LoungeForFans.
  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

 

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

  • When you subscribe to a Creator or purchase content, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscriptions from your account dashboard.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered, except in cases of fraud or technical error at the discretion of LoungeForFans.
  • Attempting a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension or legal action.

 

3. Content Access and Intellectual Property

  • The content you access on LoungeForFans is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not record, copy, distribute, share, or otherwise make available any content from the platform, including but not limited to photos, videos, messages, or live streams.
  • All content remains the intellectual property of the Creator. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal liability.

 

4. Platform Rights and Responsibilities

  • LoungeForFans is a third-party intermediary and is not responsible for the content posted by Creators.
  • We do not guarantee availability, frequency, or quality of content from any Creator.
  • We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

    • Harass, threaten, or abuse any Creator or platform user.
    • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
    • Circumvent any platform protections or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas.

 

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • LoungeForFans provides access to content "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 6 months.

 

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Depending on your location, the following laws will govern this Agreement:

    • Romania: Romanian law applies. Disputes will be handled by Romanian courts.
    • European Union: EU consumer law applies in addition to local law.
    • United Kingdom: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    • United States: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, where legally permissible.

 

8. Modifications to the Agreement

LoungeForFans may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
