1. Definitions

• "Platform" means LoungeForFans.com and any subdomains or mobile applications.
• "User" refers to anyone using the platform, including creators, fans, and visitors.
• "Creator" refers to users who upload, post, or offer content on the platform.
• "Fan" refers to users who purchase access to content or support creators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use LoungeForFans. You represent and warrant that:

  • Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

3.3. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

5. Content

5.1. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5.2. You are solely responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to upload and share it.

5.3. You may not post content that is:

6. Payments

6.1. Payments between fans and creators are processed by us or third-party payment providers. We retain a 15% platform commission on all creator earnings.

6.2. Creators are eligible for payout when their balance exceeds €100 EUR, subject to verification. Payments are processed within 1–3 business days.

6.3. Users are responsible for any taxes arising from payments or earnings.

6.4. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party processors or incorrect user information.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

7.1. All transactions are generally final. Refunds are granted at our discretion in cases of fraud or technical error.

7.2. In the event of chargebacks or payment disputes, we may withhold creator payouts and/or suspend accounts under investigation.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, especially if:

  • Your activity is harmful to the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Disclaimers
